Negative pressure wound therapy

Vancive Medical Technologies Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Drapes

Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is a therapeutic technique using a vacuum dressing to promote healing in acute or chronic wounds. For many years, Avery Dennison Medical has been providing the market with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) drapes, and they have come to be known as the recognized standard of care.

Avery Dennison Medical offers two standard cover drapes for NPWT:

Both products are made from a highly conformable polyurethane film with an acrylic, skin-friendly adhesive. The smaller drape, MED 9530S, has a higher moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) that may help protect periwound skin integrity. The larger drape, MED 9531S, has a higher initial tack that can be helpful on hard to dress wounds, ensuring a good seal and inspiring user confidence.

Intuitive application system
