Hydrocolloid Wound Dressings

The Absorbent Wound Dressing portfolio is indicated for the management of lightly to moderately exuding chronic and acute wounds. The range is designed to promote a moist wound environment, which can support wound healing. The range includes products designed for partial and full thickness pressure sores and leg ulcers as well as superficial wounds, skin tears and postoperative wounds.

Standard Hydrocolloid Wound Dressing

All standard dressings have a low-friction polyurethane top film, which acts as a protective barrier to external contaminants and water from showering. These dressings use our patented hydrocolloid technology and are uniquely formulated with the core materials being chemically identical and hence compatible. This means there is no migration of these materials into the wound and the dressings remain integrated and do not break down after absorption of wound fluid.

Bordered Hydrocolloid Wound Dressing with Odor Control

The Bordered Hydrocolloid Dressing range combines two unique formulations: cyclodextrin and hydrocolloid, which function together to deliver enhanced odor control performance. In addition to standard sizes, there are two sacral dressings specially designed for comfort on contoured areas. All dressings in the range have a low-friction polyurethane top film, which acts as a protective barrier to external contaminants and water from showering.
