Our range of medical sachets and pouches

Avery Dennison Medical’s sachets, available in standard or customisable sizes and shapes, are specifically designed for skin barrier film products, adhesive removers, medical creams, swab applicators or non-woven materials (wipes). 

Packaging

We also work with  flexible packaging (pouches), suitable for different types of wound dressings: from the smallest dressing (5x5 cm) to the largest NPWT drapes.

Our sachets and pouches can be sterilized by EtO or Gamma, depending on the product’s requirements.

Avery Dennison Medical’s sachets with swab applicator (1 or 3 ml), or wipe (0.75 or 1 ml) are suitable for a range of liquids.

All our medical packaging solutions are produced in our ISO 13485 manufacturing facility in Longford (Ireland), compliant with the latest international FDA, GMP, ISO and MDR regulations.


Tube and bottle filling

Whether our clients have their own liquids, creams, or dressings available, or choose for Avery Dennison Medical’s wound and skin care products, we have the technical capabilities and expertise in-house to fill tubes and bottles.

Tubes and spray bottles are available for larger quantities of skin cleanser products, adhesive remover, skin barrier film or other liquids.

Our tubes come in a wide and customisable range, some of the current customer choices are 28g, 60g and 92g tubes.

In addition to these standard options, we offer packaging in customized sizes and shapes, ensuring the solutions are appropriate for the end user and the environment they are used in.

To contain and dispense liquids and creams , we have vast expertise in selecting the right materials in the choice of medical packaging. Avery Dennison Medical’s experts continuously measure and oversee the quality of our medical sachets, pouches, and bottles, to make sure our packaging solutions remain safe and have the lowest defect rates.



Our future will include a greater focus on sustainable materials in this area. This can mean more locally sourced materials and using more recycled and recyclable materials where possible.

Our manufacturing facilities are compliant with the latest ISO, GMP, FDA and MDR regulations, including two 100,000 class clean rooms, and offer customers a choice of EtO or gamma sterilization options. Safety and quality audits of our production sites and processes are carried out on a regular basis, as well as transportation, aging, and sterilization studies of the different packaging solutions.

Finally, we offer regulatory support for MDR, FDA or other international medical regulations, and have the capability in-house to adapt packaging labels and instructions-for-use leaflets accordingly to suit our customers’ specific demands.
