What are finished goods?

A finished good is a complete product, ready for the clinical environment and delivered under your brand. Unlike components or bulk materials, it needs no further processing before it reaches the shelf or the bedside. We handle every step ourselves, from adhesive coating and hydrocolloid extrusion to converting, packaging and sterilization, all under one roof.

Why choose finished goods manufacturing

Outsourcing the whole build gets your product to market faster, without you having to set up the facilities, processes and certifications yourself. Our capabilities are vertically integrated, so you deal with one partner rather than a chain of suppliers. That keeps lead times shorter and quality consistent.

All production runs in our ISO 13485 certified facilities, which meet the latest GMP, FDA, ISO and MDR regulations and include two Class 100,000 clean rooms. You can manage regulatory compliance yourself, or ask us to act as legal manufacturer. In that case we take on the standards monitoring, the technical files and the submission for CE marking and FDA approval.

Our facilities are built for medical grade output, so your finished goods arrive compliant and ready to use. We also stay flexible, which means we can respond quickly when your volumes change or you want to introduce a new product.

Typical applications

We make a broad range of advanced wound care and skin care products, and convert each one to your design, sizing and branding.

  • Wound care dressings. Adhesive island, foam, hydrocolloid, film and superabsorbent dressings, plus NPWT drapes. Each one is built to your specification and comes with the regulatory documentation your target market needs.

  • Skin care products. Skin barrier films, adhesive removers, skin cleansers, skin moisturizers and peristomal care products. You can have these in tubes, sachets, spray bottles or wipe applicators, filled on our own tube filling lines.

  • Custom products. When an existing format doesn’t fit, our research and development team works with you on new formulations and designs, built around a specific clinical need, patient population or market opportunity.

Clinical performance

What keeps a dressing in use is how it performs on the skin. We pay close attention to the things clinicians and patients notice: a conformable design that moves with the body, a wear time you can rely on, the right moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) to manage exudate, and atraumatic removal that protects fragile skin. We know these properties inside out, and we tune each product to get them right.
