Our broad adhesive portfolio includes silicone, acrylic, and hybrid systems, formulated to meet clinical needs and tested for biocompatibility, long wear, moisture management, and patient satisfaction.

Acrylic

Lower initial tack of pure acrylic adhesives allows for repositioning for optimum effectiveness. Medical adhesive applications are temporary in nature, from an hour to days, so a permanent bond is not required. Ease of removal is also an important consideration.

Adhesives with additive

Our expertise in adhesive formulation enables us to develop bespoke skin-friendly adhesives, custom-tailored to include supporting additives. The benefits of our adhesives are augmented with additional features such as moisturizers, antimicrobials and even pain relievers.

Amorphous hydrogel

MDR-approved hydrogel is a sterile, colorless and clear primary dressing made from water, a modified starch polymer, glycerol and preservatives. It provides a moist environment at the wound surface and assists in the debridement and removal of devitalized material.

Emulsion acrylic

Emulsion (or water-based) acrylics share very similar characteristics with solvent acrylics. With water used to control the viscosity and allow for coating, there are no solvents involved in the coating process of these adhesives, which makes them more sustainable compared to solvent acrylics.

High-adhesion rubber

Rubber-based adhesives generally offer higher adhesion and shear properties than acrylic or silicone adhesives. Based on synthetic rubbers, they provide good to excellent initial tack and adhesion particularly in skin contact applications.

Hydrocolloid adhesives

Synthetic rubber-based, pressure-sensitive adhesives with absorbent particles mixed in allow the adhesive to absorb fluid. When saturation occurs, it forms a soft, moist gel, making the dressing conducive to moist wound healing and atraumatic removal.

Silicone adhesives

Silicone adhesives are used for specialty applications such as high oxygen/gas permeability, low pain upon removal, and adhesion to and removal from sensitive skin.

Silicone foam dressing

Our silicone foam dressing is an absorbent, self-adherent, soft wound dressing. It comprises a breathable silicone wound contact layer, a foam and pad and a vapor-permeable, water- and bacteria-resistant film outer layer.

Silicone gel adhesives

An important pillar of our medical adhesive solutions. They have become the gold standard for medical device applications as well as advanced wound care, due to their gentle release from fragile skin, while fitting for a wide range of purposes.

Skin barriers

Skin barriers protect the periwound or peristomal skin from insults like wound exudate and waste. Barrier film helps protect intact or damaged skin from irritation that may arise from fluid draining from wounds, adhesives and frictional forces.

Thin Absorbent Skin Adhesive (TASA™)

TASA™ is a revolutionary adhesive by Avery Dennison Medical, combining acrylic and hydrocolloid for a breathable, ultra-thin solution. Its fluid handling extends wear time, reduces skin maceration, and enables wound visibility. TASA™ offers a sustainable alternative for advanced medical and wearable care.

UV acrylic

Our solvent-free, UV-cured acrylic formulation has been specifically designed for high-quality adhesive tapes. As no solvent or water is used in the production of this sustainable solution, energy consumption is kept down while dependence on water is eliminated.
